    Honestly there are no special cooking skills or requirements for cooking moose.  We swap it out with anything most people use beef for.  Chili, Sloppy Joes (we call them sloppy moose) meatloaf, pot roast, burgers, you name it. We cant eat beef anymore. My kids get sick if they eat store bought beef.  Its all the chemicals and additives that go into making the meat "safe". One thing I like adding to our moose burger when making burgers is the Grill Masters Montreal Steak seasoning. Yum!
